I have always observed that our mind incline a negative thinking rather than positive thinking. When it hits your mind it becomes very difficult to control, everybody is infected with disease. Negative thinking is divided in many parts such as health issue, money issues and personal matter. The question always arises in the mind that, how to stop negative thoughts? I'm going to explain you five reasons why your thoughts become negative and how to deal with it
1) Personal Matter: Long ago, I read an article that our life is what 20% happens and 80% how you act it. Trust me, this is true. Our peace of mind only comes when we know how to manage our thoughts in every situation. After all how big your problem is, there is always a solution. My personal way to fix the problem is to divide it into smaller parts and start fixing it one at a time.
Keep in your mind that thinking negative on your issues will increase your problem. This is same like holding a cup of tea for a minute rather that holding it for an hour. When you hold a cup of tea for one hour, your arm and shoulder will begin to pain, This the reason your negative thinking poison your brain and steal your peace.

To become rich you would need to work with a good plan, but you don't need this plan to take way all your happiness. Don't accept your mind for short cuts that is planted on negative thinking.
